Undefended Divorce

A divorce is one of the most difficult experiences that anyone can undergo. At KJ Conroy & Co, we understand that the breakdown of any relationship is stressful, and our legal specialists work hard to ensure that each individual client is taken care of throughout the process, with your peace of mind and future financial security placed firmly at the heart of what we do. We will work alongside you to ensure that we secure the very best outcome for you and your family, and from your initial consultation to the completion of your divorce, you can feel confident that we will always be on your side.

To obtain a divorce, you must have been married for at least a year, and you must be able to establish that your marriage has irretrievably broken down. Don’t worry if your knowledge of the divorce procedure is limited, as our expert team are here to guide and advise you throughout your divorce, however simple or complex the case.

During your initial consultation with your solicitor, they will be able to assess the facts of your case and offer their expert advice as to how best to proceed. In most cases, the Respondent will consent to the divorce and it will proceed as an “undefended divorce”, beginning with a Divorce Petition and ending with a Decree Absolute.

KJ Conroy & Co will be there every step of the way to ensure that you have the support that you need to resolve your divorce as quickly as possible.

To find out more about how we can help when your marriage has ended, contact us today on 0121 212 1575 or via our online enquiry form.
